Hello, I'm Andrew Sidwell
Life doesn't always go as planned.
As a stroke survivor and a serial changer,
I know this better than most.
That’s where I come in.
In 2018, a stroke accompanied by Aphasia muted my voice and identity, setting me on a path to retrain my brain and find myself again.
This journey taught me the weight of qualities like Awareness, Acceptance and Commitment - more than words, they've redefined my life.
Confident, yet sometimes feeling lost,
Kind, with clear boundaries,
Openly facing struggles,
Seeing our flaws as part of our worth
— all while holding true to our core values.

This supportive space is for all navigating 'Lifequakes,'
embracing the fullness of life's journey.
I help people embrace and navigate life's unexpected twists and turns, transforming them into opportunities for self-discovery and renewal.
With a knack for adapting and innovating on the fly, I'm always experimenting and evolving—often with a few bloopers along the way.
Let's face it: a little humour goes a long way when things get tough.
We'll uncover the bright spots and find joy in every new journey.
I explore my transformation in my first video.
In this video, we will share the experience of having two strokes in one day. It was a challenging time, and it was tough to deal with. I found it hard to admit that I needed help, and I'll share why it wasn't easy to say it out loud. This story isn't just about me; it's about finding strength in being vulnerable together. It's about us being open and supporting each other emotionally, hoping our story might also help you.
